Transportation Plan

The driver is made sure to have a secure driving background.
The driver picks up the assistant first.
The assistant makes sure the bus is clean at all times.
The students are picked one by one.
The assistant has an attendance for all the bus students which is marked as soon as the child enters.
The student is to be secured in their seats with belts.
The parents are notified as soon as the student is picked.
The students are to be seated at all times.
There is a mobile phone present for emergency calls.
The Kindergarten management will be notified if the bus arrives late due to unseen circumstances.
The transportation can be cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
The assistant checks the bus after all the students leave the bus.
The bus assistant checks all the names in the attendance list after the students are dropped at school.
The driver checks the bus one time after all the students are dropped back.
If the parents are going to drop or pick their child, we have written record.
Every Thursday we have a meeting with the driver and the bus assistant at 2:00 pm.
